Hours of Operation:
Our medical center is open Monday through Friday from 8:30 am to 5:00 pm. Our physicians are on call 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

 We currently offer a self-dispensing
medication service at our Medical Center at Lutz. With this service, we are able to offer our patients up to a
three-month supply of several commonly prescribed drugs right at the time of their appointment with their primary
care physician. Patients can leave the office with their prescriptions in hand, eliminating the need for a trip to the local pharmacy.

Directions to Our Medical Center
From I-275 exit on Bearss Ave., go west to Florida Ave. and turn north. Travel approximately 5-6 miles to Crystal Grove Blvd. and turn west at the light. The Continucare medical center will be on the right in the Crystal Lakes Professional medical center.
