Hours of Operation:
Our medical center is open Monday through Friday from 8:30 am to 5:00 pm. Our physicians are on call 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

 We currently offer a self-dispensing
medication service at our Medical Center at Hollywood. With this service, we are able to offer our patients up to a
three-month supply of several commonly prescribed drugs right at the time of their appointment with their primary
care physician. Patients can leave the office with their prescriptions in hand, eliminating the need for a trip to the local pharmacy. |

Directions to Our Medical Center
Take I-95 to Hollywood Boulevard Exit going west. Drive past the Presidential Circle (second light). At the 52nd Avenue light, the Continucare medical center will be on the left side.
From the Turnpike, exit the Hollywood/Pines Boulevard and go east pass 441. After the third light (North 52 Avenue), turn left. The Continucare medical center is located on the second floor.
From 441, go east on Hollywood Boulevard to the third light (52 Avenue) and turn left.
The Continucare medical center is located on the second floor.
