Hours of Operation:
Our medical center is open Monday through Friday from 8:30 am to 5:00 pm. Our physicians are on call 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

 We currently offer a self-dispensing
medication service at our Medical Center at Parkway. With this service, we are able to offer our patients up to a
three-month supply of several commonly prescribed drugs right at the time of their appointment with their primary
care physician. Patients can leave the office with their prescriptions in hand, eliminating the need for a trip to the local pharmacy. |

Directions to Our Medical Center
From I-95 North, exit at NW 165th Street and follow east until
it becomes NE 167th Street. Continue to NE 2nd Avenue and make
a left. Proceed north to the NE 168th Street intersection, the medical center
is on the northwest corner.
